WOLF PLAY

RSAT-Wolf-Play-photo-by-Robert-Blackburn-PhotographyA probing and playful exploration of family and belonging, Red Stitch presents the Australian premiere of Wolf Play by Hansol Jung in a limited season this March.

Wolf Play tells the story of Ash, who is about to realise their pro boxing debut when their wife, Robin, decides to adopt a child from the internet.

The boy’s previous adoptive father Peter, quick to usher Junior out of his life, begins to question the decision when he discovers that he will be growing up without a ‘Dad’.

Directed by Isabella Vadiveloo, this highly theatrical and imaginative drama about the primal need for kinship features Jing-Xuan Chan, Charlie Cousins, Brooke Lee, Yuchen Wang and ensemble member Kevin Hofbauer.

A difficult and messy story of survival, concerning a lone wolf desperately seeking his ‘pack.’- don’t miss your chance to see this emotionally gripping Australian premiere.
