Crown Theatre Perth: 15 December 2024 – 2 February 2025
Currently in its twenty second year on Broadway, the Australian Wicked witches will end their Australian tour in Perth. One of the few cities in the world that will enable Wicked devotees the chance to witness the stage show and part one of the movie in the same day!

The prelude to the Wizard of Oz, Wicked tells a tale long before Dorothy arrives. A young woman, Elphaba is born with emerald-green skin, who is smart, fiery, misunderstood and possessing an extraordinary talent. She meets a bubbly blonde, Glinda who is exceptionally popular.

Their initial rivalry turns into the unlikeliest of friendships until the land of Oz decides that one is “good” and the other is “wicked.” And entwined into the tale audiences discover how the scarecrow, tinman and lion become a part of the journey along the yellow brick road.

The cast is led by Courtney Monsma as Glinda and Sheridan Adams as Elphaba. Perth native and favourite Todd McKenny returns to play the Wizard, while Madame Morrible will be played by Jennifer Vuletic, Liam Head as Fiyero, Paul Hanlon as Dr Dillamond and Kurtis Papadinis as Boq.
