Alice joined the Performing Lines team as a producer in January 2020 and has gone from strength to strength, leading a diverse range of projects, both metropolitan and regional, across a number of states.
In her new role as Senior Producer (NSW) she will lead Performing Lines’ NSW team of producers, providing her expertise and oversight to the full NSW program.
“Over the last 18 months Alice has risen to so many challenges, not the least, the production and delivery of a land-mark new Australian work to both regional Australia and Sydney Festival in the thick of COVID – Sunshine Super Girl,” said Marion Potts, Executive Producer Performing Lines.
“Throughout she?has demonstrated great leadership and a profound level of care towards everyone she works with. Her dedication and focus, as channelled in this new role will allow Performing Lines to achieve even greater outcomes for NSW artists and audiences.”?
Prior to Performing Lines Alice has worked as a producer at the Sydney Opera House as well as Deputy Company Manager for both Newtheatricals and GWB Entertainment. She has also worked with PYT Fairfield, Australian Theatre for Young People (ATYP), and Performance Space.
Across her many roles she has amassed extensive experience in contemporary performance, the commercial musical sector, children and families programming and First Nations arts. Originally from Perth, she studied at WAAPA, and was a regular face both front and back of house at Perth’s much-loved Blue Room Theatre.
