What would you do differently to what you do now?
Absolutely nothing, love what I’m doing now.

Who inspires you and why?
Christine Vachon – she’s been behind some of my favourite queer films. Swoon, Poison, Carol, Velvet Goldmine, Mala Mala  (screening at MQFF 2016), just to name a few.

What would you do to make a difference in the world?
Replace the Pope with the Pope of Trash, John Waters.

Favourite holiday destination and why?
Lisbon. Vibrant, cosmopolitan, open all night and those tiles…

When friends come to town, what attraction would you take then to, and why?
ACMI cinemas and The Astor. ACMI for the state of the art projection and The Astor for its art deco beauty.

What are you currently reading?
The Left Hand of Darkness by Ursula K. Le Guin

What are you currently listening to?
Malibu by Anderson Paak

Happiness is?
Binge watching Broad City.

What does the future hold for you?
Once the festival is done off to Frameline in San Francisco to get busy programming next years festival.
