What would you do differently to what you do now?   
I love science. Everyday I read something that amazes me. A discovery … and it’s exciting.

Who inspires you and why?
My children. David Attenborough. Stephen Sondheim. Dr Catherine Hamlin. Teachers.

What would you do to make a difference in the world?
Inject as much energy and focus toward our youth. They are the future and if we get it right, the aftershocks will be felt for generations.

Favourite holiday destination and why?
Far North Queensland. Magical weather, abounding beauty, adventure.

When friends come to town, what attraction would you take them to, and why?
Lorne in Victoria. Where the mountains meet the sea.

What are you currently reading?
One Crowded Hour. The biography of journalist/War correspondent Neil Davis.

What are you currently listening to?
Follies by Stephen Sondheim

Happiness is?
Family, a comfy bed, music, conversation, an open fire with a glass of wine. A park on an icy cold Melbourne morning.

What does the future hold for you?
I don’t know, but I’m excited!
