I’d try not to take on so much.

Who inspires you and why?
The Beatles. If I’m looking for it, it leads me back to them somehow.

What would you do to make a difference in the world?
Anything to stop extinctions.

Favourite holiday destination and why?
Isle of Man – a really quirky place !

When friends come to town, what attraction would you take them to, and why?
Scots’ Church or Flagstaff Gardens – somewhere with a connection to early Melbourne.

What are you currently reading?
Recipes and Chinese poetry / Poetic Chinese recipes.

What are you currently listening to?
William Orbit, Matthew Herbert, and Traditional music.

Happiness is?
Being aware of it when it ‘s there.

What does the future hold for you?
Anything it has in mind to throw at me.
