On the Couch with Chris Mouron

Chris-Mouron-as-The-NarratorWho is Chris Mouron?
Chris Mouron plays The Narrator in the stage adaptation of Antoine de Saint-Exupéry’s The Little Prince.

What would you do differently from what you do now?
I would have time. Which I don’t have right now… And with that time, I would read a book and listen to music for three hours, go for a long bike ride…

Who inspires you and why?
Antoine de Saint-Exupéry when I was eleven, Jacques Brel when I was twelve, Jacques Prévert… And so many artists… A whole world of poetry opened up to me and these artists were already telling me that grown-ups were wrong.

What would you do to make a difference in the world?
What I can do… Make people dream with art.

Favourite holiday destination and why?
Southeast Asia. That’s where I think the world is the most beautiful and the people are the most beautiful.

When friends come to town, what attraction would you take them to, and why?
At the seaside. We all look in the same direction.

What are you currently reading?
Antoine de Saint-Exupéry – his other books.

What are you currently listening to?
As usual, all kinds of music.

Happiness is?
A very short moment you remember all your life

What does the future hold for you?
Lots of travel and lots of shows and lots of love.
