Without doubt, a chef.

My wife. She’s a force of nature. I’d be lost without her.

Build a high-speed railway between Sydney and Melbourne.
Favourite holiday destination and why?
Croatia, for swimming in that dark blue, crystal-clear Adriatic Sea.
When friends come to town, what attraction would you take them to, and why?
Wineries on the Mornington Peninsula. Who doesn’t love good food and wine?
What are you currently reading?
C. Grayling’s latest book. He’s a famous British philosopher who I met, by chance, in a lift in Melbourne and we hit it off.

Orlando Gibbons’ Consort music.

My children’s smiles.

Australian Citizenship.
