On the Couch with Andy Balloch

MICF-Andy-Balloch-AARWho is Andy Balloch?
Andy Balloch is a concept, a mood, a vibe. He’s a tower of sequins, a pile of dirty laundry, and a bloody good time.

What would you do differently from what you do now?
If I could do anything differently, it would be to go back in time and be two-time academy award winner Cate Blanchett.

Who inspires you and why?
I’m inspired by anyone who fights for love, acceptance, and against bigotry. Any Chihuahua barking at a Great Dane.

What would you do to make a difference in the world?
Maybe, and this is a nuts idea, we try to get rid of Nazis?

Favourite holiday destination and why?
Anywhere is a holiday when you pop on a pair of trackies and drink champagne at 10.00am! Paris! Bali! Your local food-works!

When friends come to town, what attraction would you take them to, and why?
No friend of mine wants me to plan an itinerary for them, because they know it would just be Sircuit, followed by Wet on Wellington, and a 4.00am Maccas run of depression.

What are you currently reading?
A passive aggressive note from my housemate.

What are you currently listening to?
My housemate playing Charlie XCX at an ear-drum bursting volume.

Happiness is?
Eating cheese that isn’t mine, without repercussions.

What does the future hold for you?
Sircuit, followed by Wet on Wellington, and a 4.00am Maccas run of depression.
