Who is Adinia Wirasti?
My name is Adinia Wirasti. I started acting when I was 14yo, have been doing it ever since and still fall in love with the craft every single time I get to perform.
What would you do differently from what you do now?
Honestly I don’t really know, it changes from time to time. I guess my love for storytelling through acting is quite deep, I can never really imagine doing anything else than this. Maybe for a role I will.
Who inspires you and why?
The world; both the great big world and my world around me. I find inspiration everywhere as long as I don’t forget to breathe it in, to be inspired by it.
What would you do to make a difference in the world?
Telling terrific and incredible stories through films and theatres. Being kind and curious as a person. Trying not to think of the worst in people. Doing one random act of kindness here and there without expecting anything in return. And when receiving random acts of kindness, paying it forward.
Favourite holiday destination and why?
Wherever I can find comfort while still allowing myself to be surprised and experience new things.
When friends come to town, what attraction would you take them to, and why?
I believe culinary experience is the most effective way to introduce someone to a place. We can learn a lot about a place’s origins, purpose, and development, making it an excellent subject for discussion and learning.

Happiness is?
Being able to do what you love, to inspire and be inspired. To have room to grow and hold space for yourself and those in need. To live in kindness. To be curious in approaching life. To have coffee and pastry and not feel guilty about it. To look good and feel good for ourselves. To find contentment.
What do you envision for your future?
I hope for more of the same and even more than I could ever dream of, I suppose. The possibilities are endless.
