Marina Prior and Mark Vincent to join John Foreman’s Aussie Pops Orchestra’s New Year’s Eve concert at Hamer Hall

The performance will dazzle audiences with a wonderful selection of popular classics and Broadway hits on New Year’s Eve at Arts Centre Melbourne’s Hamer Hall.

John Foreman’s 60-piece Australian Pops will once again take to the stage at the magnificent Hamer Hall, with Australia’s leading lady of song, Marina Prior, and tenor extraordinaire, Mark Vincent, together with Douglas Heywood and the Camberwell Chorale and the Dana Jolly Dancers.

The concerts will feature Broadway hits and popular classics, with Marina and Mark teaming up for duet highlights including The Prayer, Brindisi (from La Traviata), Music of the Night, Time to Say Goodbye plus New Year’s Eve orchestral favourites, The Blue Danube, Radetzky March and plenty more.

For audience members attending the 8.00pm performance, a limited number of Balcony Fireworks Party Tickets are also available, which offers city skyline views for the countdown to midnight from one of Melbourne’s most magical fireworks viewing areas as well as unlimited bubbles, wine and beer to ring in the new year.

Directly after the Gala, the Balcony Fireworks Party Ticket will be an extra special way to raise your glasses and rub shoulders with the stars of the show as we finish 2022 in the most magical of ways.

For over 40 years, the Aussie Pops Orchestra has presented a unique blend of popular classical and contemporary music to Australian audiences.

The Orchestra has performed alongside many of the world’s favourite singers including Luciano Pavarotti, Dame Kiri Te Kanawa, Peter Allen, Andrea Bocelli, Dame Joan Sutherland, Sir Cliff Richard, Ray Charles and many more.
