Multi-award-winning Flying Penguin Productions, in association with The Goodwood Theatre and Studios and as part of the State Theatre Company of South Australia 2025 STATESIDE Program, will present the South Australian premiere of American Song by celebrated playwright Joanna Murray-Smith this October.
This searing 90-minute drama stars Renato Musolino as Andy, a father navigating the complexities of raising a teenager in contemporary America. Through an intimate and immersive theatrical experience, American Song offers an unforgettable exploration of what it means to be a parent in an ever-changing world, weaving together the personal and political threads that define the American experience.
