Cirque Du Soleil announces additional Australian KOOZA shows due to demand

Cirque du Soleil KOOZA CharivariFollowing overwhelming demand, Cirque du Soleil’s internationally acclaimed Big Top production KOOZA has announced a three-week extension across performances in Melbourne, Sydney, and Brisbane, after tickets for the 2026 Australian season sold at record pace.

The extension adds a total of three extra weeks of performances, allowing even more audiences to be swept away by the artistry, laughter, and adrenaline-pumping acrobatics of KOOZA under the much-loved iconic Big Top.

Melbourne, Sydney, and Brisbane audiences will have the opportunity to experience Cirque du Soleil’s daring production, featuring gravity-defying acrobatics and the art of clowning – inviting audiences into a world bursting with surprises, thrills and delight.

Since its debut in 2007, KOOZA has mesmerized more than 10 million spectators with over 5,500 performances in 87 cities and 23 countries.

Following the phenomenal success of LUZIA in 2024, which broke Australian sales records and captivated audiences across five cities and the triumphant national tour of CORTEO last year, Cirque du Soleil returns in 2026 with KOOZA to once again deliver a spectacular, laughter-filled celebration of traditional circus.

Undeniably one of Cirque du Soleil’s most daring touring productions, KOOZA takes audiences on a thrilling emotional ride with its nail-biting, mind-boggling acrobatics. Between strength and fragility, laughter and smiles, turmoil and harmony, KOOZA explores themes of fear, identity, recognition and power.
