A new world-class immersive experience blending science, art, education, and entertainment has recently launched in the heart of Westfield Sydney, with the opening of DigiPark – a hub for digital creativity, metaverse experiences, science learning and immersive art.
DigiPark features 19 amazing attractions spanning interactive virtual reality (VR), holographic content, kinetic light art, digital play and 3D printing.
With several hugely popular locations across Asia, this is the first venue of its kind to launch in Australia. DigiPark’s futuristic experiences include:
- Space & Time Cube – This 3D holographic tunnel delivers a mind-blowing sensory experience. It’s a dazzling journey through light, colour and your imagination;
- Orbital Cinema (7D) – A fully immersive flying adventure powered by a 180° curved screen, dynamic motion platform and special effects delivering a thrilling naked-eye 7D experience including motion seats, wind, vibration, water spray lighting, temperature and touch effects without the need for VR headsets;
- 3D Figurine Creator Studio – Create your own custom mini 3D digital self with our cutting-edge 3D Avatar Scanner;
- Wandering Planet – Enter this surreal space and be surrounded by countless illuminated planetary lights, making you feel like you’re surrounded in outer space;
- Holographic Studio – This immersive venue offers a stunning sensory experience by blending the virtual and reality together;
- Magical Graffiti – Use a magical animation pen and scanner to bring your favourite colours and drawings to life on the walls of this exhibition hall;
- Cosmic Space – Step into this giant kaleidoscope and experience this dazzling world of mirrors, glowing lights; and more.
DigiPark’s opening is part of a new wave of immersive entertainment drawing huge crowds globally, according to Jacques Wong, Head of Sales and Marketing of DigiPark.
