ANASTASIA: The Hit Broadway Musical
In celebration of the Australian premiere of ANASTASIA at the Regent Theatre from 20 December, limited-edition Stay and See packages will be available from now until 20 February 2026.
Priced from $460, the package includes an overnight stay for two in a luxurious Superior King Room, buffet breakfast, two A-reserve tickets, and a welcome amenity.
To further immerse guests in the spirit of the musical, Sofitel Melbourne’s renowned culinary team will unveil a suite of limited-time, ANASTASIA-inspired delights available throughout the season.
Indulge in a beautifully crafted dessert experience that draws on flavours echoing the production’s sweeping travels, from the frost-kissed elegance of St Petersburg to the romantic sophistication of Paris.
This limited-edition creation is perfectly paired with a champagne cocktail ensuring each flavour note is heightened. Designed for two to share, the handcrafted gateau layered with delicate pistachio mousse, fragrant French lavender and vibrant raspberry, finished with elegant chocolate city silhouettes.
On weekends, guests can also enjoy a special pastry item available as a breakfast highlight, an elegant nod to the show’s charm and warmth.
An exclusive event featuring a Q&A with the Cast is also planned for 5 February 2026 for members of the ALL Accor + Explorer membership program.
The partnership with ANASTASIA underscores the hotel’s long-standing commitment to Melbourne’s performing arts scene and enhancing the guest experience through immersive cultural touchpoints.
Inspired by the beloved 1997 film, ANASTASIA is the dazzling Broadway musical from the Tony Award winning team Terrence McNally, Stephen Flaherty, Lynn Ahrens and Darko Tresnjak. This enchanting production transports you from the twilight years of the Imperial rule to the euphoria of 1920s Paris.
Georgina Hopson leads the cast as Anya, alongside Robert Tripolino as Dmitry. They are joined by Joshua Robson as Gleb, Rodney Dobson as Vlad, Rhonda Burchmore as Countess Lily, and Nancye Hayes AM as the Dowager Empress.
ANASTASIA will make its Australian premiere at Melbourne’s Regent Theatre from December 2025, before heading to Perth, Sydney and Adelaide. For more information, visit: www.anastasiathemusical.com.au for details.
