2025 Green Room Award Winners Announced

MTC Kala Gare and Cast in My Brilliant Career photo by Pia JohnsonVictoria’s theatre industry came together on Monday 5 May at Melbourne’s Comedy Theatre to celebrate the 42nd Green Room Awards.

Awards were presented across 65 categories including Cabaret, Contemporary and Experimental (CEP), Dance, Independent Theatre, Musical Theatre (Commercial / Funded), Musical Theatre (Independent / Fringe), Opera and Theatre Companies.

4 Association Awards were also presented including: Lifetime Achievement Award, Geoffrey Milne Award for Contribution to Independent Theatre, Outstanding Contribution to Sector or Community and Technical Achievement Award.

The Green Room Awards Association congratulates the outstanding achievements of all winners & nominees and the enduring impact they have on enriching Melbourne’s cultural landscape.
