Cult hit event Solve-Along-A-Murder-She-Wrote comes to the 2025 Adelaide Fringe from 5-16 March with an interactive screening of the classic Murder, She Wrote episode – Paint Me a Murder.
Jessica Fletcher is invited to the remote island hideaway of her artist friend Diego (Cesar Romero) but soon gets caught up in a murder mystery only she (or you!) can solve!
Solve-Along-A-Murder-She-Wrote is a unique and hilarious night featuring games, prizes and audience participation, with special permission from NBC Universal Television.

Hosted by super-fan Tim Benzie, Solve-Along-A-Murder-She-Wrote features: a race to solve to the crime, via the Fameometer and the Suspiciometer; a Cabot Cove quiz; a singalong to the theme tune with new lyrics; and lips and bios of the campy guest stars!
Tim Benzie is obsessed with Murder, She Wrote, having watched the original series when it was first broadcast in Brisbane (Chandler to be precise, when he was a teenager). Now he’s relishing the repeats on television in his new home in London. The show is currently touring Solve-Along across the UK, Ireland and Mendocino USA (filming location for Cabot Cove).
An award-winning playwright and co-writer of the Royal Vauxhall Tavern’s 2017-2024 pantos (Goosed, Rubbed, Slipped, Pricked, Cracked, Wolfed and the Off-West End Award-winning Tossed), Tim is also the co-producer of the camp club night PopHorror.
