Together We Stand

KKCCThe cast of King Kong are taking time out from their busy performance schedule to support those in need. Cast member, Josh Robson has organised a charity concert with proceeds going towards Mission Australia.

“I approached the cast with the idea of giving up some of their time during eight show weeks to rehearse dance numbers and songs for the concert and we had over 20 members from our company who answered with a resounding ‘yes’, says Robson.

The cast will sing and dance to music theatre and pop songs accompanied by a live band. 2 hours of entertainment and hosted by Jan Van De Stool, the alter ego of Queenie Van De Zandt.

All profits from this evening will be going towards Mission Australia. They are an organisation that works with providing skills and services to the homeless that enable them to remain self-sufficient once Mission Australia provides them with the services they require.

“This is such a worthy cause and we would love to sell out the 400 seats so that we can give a reasonable donation to Mission Australia. This can be done with your help,” adds Robson.
