What would you do differently to what you do now?
Absolutely nothing, I believe everything happens for a reason.
Who inspires you and why?
Joan Rivers for her ‘no holds barred’ comedy, authenticity and fearlessness – she has always inspired me. Joan was someone who took comedy to another level, she was a pioneer. She said what people were thinking and got away with it.
What would you do to make a difference in the world?
Continue to fight for LGBT rights, equality and the right for everyone to marry.
Favourite holiday destination and why?
Mykonos, Greece. I have been going to Mykonos since 1992. I was swept off my feet by a Greek Australian, not only did I fall in love there, I fell in love with the island and the Greek culture. It has become a destination all of my friends and I meet every year. It’s not a relaxing island for me it’s always full of fun and drama – just the way I like it.
When friends come to town, what attraction would you take them to, and why?
I’m not big on sightseeing or attractions. But being based in NYC, I’d tell my friends go see Empire State Building, the Statue of Liberty, and then I’d meet them at my favorite club, The Top of the Standard for a cocktail and a 360 degree view of Manhattan (infamous for the fight between Solange Knowles and Jay Z).

Vogue – and I don’t read, I just look at the pictures.
