On the Couch with Jing-Xuan Chan

Jing-Xuan Chan Arts Review On the CouchWho is Jing-Xuan Chan?
Jing-Xuan Chan is a Chinese Australian actor from Sydney (via Hong Kong!). Also a foodie and a lover of travel and cats.

What would you do differently to what you do now?
I am very good at procrastinating so what I’d hope to do differently is be a bit more sensible with how I use my time – time always seems to be running away from me!

Who inspires you and why?
My mother. She is the toughest and most self-sacrificing person I know.

What would you do to make a difference in the world?
Big question, but I would start by practicing a bit more patience and generosity to those around me.

Favourite holiday destination and why?
I loved Italy, in particular Florence. You can’t beat the food and the people!

When friends come to town, what attraction would you take them to, and why?
Chelsea Beach – One of my favourite spots and especially beautiful in the summer!

What are you currently reading?
I was recently given a copy of Tina Fey’s Bossypants, which I’m just starting to read.

What are you currently listening to?
Paolo Nutini.

Happiness is?
Right now, happiness is the squishy, smiley face of my 20 month old nephew.

What does the future hold for you?
I am eager to find out! Ready and excited to discover what lies ahead.
