Adam Noviello: There was a boy…

Adam Noviello There Was A BoyA funny and heart felt cabaret that explores masculinity and celebrates identity, Adam Noviello presents There was a boy… for one night only at Chapel Off Chapel on Friday 26 February 2016.

What makes a man a man? Society likes to dictate, but the reality is, there are plenty living outside the box. Allow Adam to shed some light on how, by hook or the crook, he wound up on the ‘outside’. Hell, if the shoe fits, strut!

Written and performed by Adam, There was a boy… is directed by Leanne Marsland, with musical direction by Stephanie-Jane Lewendon-Lowe and will feature an array of original songs, including a new song from Green Room Award nominee Shanon Whitelock, plus music by David Bowie, Nat King Cole, Charles Aznavour and more.

After studying at the Victorian College of the Arts, Adam completed his Diploma of Music Theatre in 2014 at Patrick Studios where he played Billy in excerpts from Carousel, Goldoff in The Wild Party and Georg in Spring Awakening.

Adam has appeared in Barney LIVE! World Tour (Life Like Touring), The Last Five Queers (Midwinta Festival), La Cage Aux Folles (The Production Company), Twisted Broadway 2014, and Sugartown: A new Musical at Chapel Off Chapel.
